Scheduling:

School: To schedule any school-related activity during or after school in the following rooms: classrooms, green space, library or parish/school conference rooms, please contact Alysha Leuer at [email protected].

Parish: To schedule activities in the Apartment, Gathering Space, or Church, please contact the parish office at (317) 257-2266.

Activity Center: Please contact Paula Ryan, [email protected] to reserve the Activity Center.

Absence Reporting

When you report your child’s absence via email, please copy your child’s teacher on the message to [email protected] and include the name of the student with whom you would like homework to be sent home. Absences should be reported by 8am.
